We stayed here because there were no other pet friendly options. The hotel was ok, but the area around the hotel is literally falling apart. Sad to see a city that is so obviously being neglected by their elected officials.

Bonito el lugar, el problema es que justo el día en el que me hospedé, no había ido la que limpia, así que me toco dormir sobre las sabanas, en ambas camas habían pelos debajo de las sabanas, pero ya era muy noche como para salir e ir a pedir que cambien, pero dejando eso, la ubicación está bien, el restaurante estuvo rico y excelente servicio de la cocinera.

Es un lugar exelente para vacacionar,desde que llegas al hotel se siente la comodidad la recepcionista Isela es muy amable y está atenta a informarte en cualquier orientación que le pidas,el personal del comedor exelente servicio la cheff Vianey,Lorena y Wendy te atienden de lo mejor y el desayuno Buffet está riquísimo te hacen muy grato el tiempo que pasas ahí con ellas almorzando,muchas gracias a todo el personal por sus finísimas atenciones,y muy en especial a Isela fue un gran placer hospedarme en ese formidable hotel,se los recomiendo ampliamente.
